Manxi
2013  This sweet little girl was dumped by her family at Animal Control in Dallas Texas.  (A VERY high kill shelter!) We discovered she has high blood pressure when we too her to the vet.  Hypertension will take a cat’s sight and the sad thing is, if it has been immediately treated the odds are high the blindness would have reversed. She had also not been fixed.  Our guess is her former family just didn’t want to bother taking her to the vet instead dropped her off at the pound.  She is very lucky that the volunteers and employees really liked her and worked very hard to raise the money to fly her to us.  4 Paws up for Dallas Animal Services for caring so much!! She is very sweet and settling in.  She is not fond of the other cats. Update,  she is adjusting well.  Gets along ok with the other cats,  still isn’t crazy about them, but no longer smacking and growling at them.
